Parking Scheme

You do not need parking permits for vehicles parked on your own drive. This is your private property.

A Resident On-Street Permit is only required for each vehicle parked on the road (including the lay-bys) within our estate.

NOTE:

    1) You are NOT allowed to park on double yellow lines.

    2) The single yellow line restricted times do not apply any longer but you need a permit to park on a single yellow line.

To purchase, renew or for any queries about your vehicle permits or visitor permits, please see Buckinghamshire Council's Parking webpage.

HELPFUL INFO & HINTS

Our Parking Scheme was first launched on 12th December 2016 and with funds from the developer of the new housing estate initially covering the costs of permits for our residents (these waivered costs were to continue until the end of 2019).

Your vehicle must be registered at an address within the estate zone in order to apply for a resident on-street parking permit.

In September 2021, Buckinghamshire Council transferred existing parking permit accounts to a new platform provided by MiPermit. You need to request a password reset using this link -

https://secure.mipermit.com/bucks/Application/PasswordForgotten.aspx

and your previously registered email address. Once requested, you can set your password and access your new account.

The MiPermit webpage to renew your permit has a "Permit Type" field with options for 1st, 2nd or 3rd vehicle permits but defaults to "Residents - Zone HW5 - 1st". If you get an error "Unable to purchase permit. This permit type is not available for purchase on your account" when finishing your renewal application then try changing the option to 2nd or 3rd. Even if you have multiple accounts the system seems to have assigned the 1st, 2nd, 3rd vehicle designations for your address probably in the order you originally applied for permits on the previous systems (and irrespective of  which permit expires earlier in the calendar year).

On 7th February 2022, Buckinghamshire Council advised the developer funding was exhausted and permits renewed or applied for from 1st April 2022 would no longer be free of charge.
